Mazaya Business Avenue comprises three identical Commercial Towers named as Mazaya Business Avenue AA1, Mazaya Business Avenue BB1 and Mazaya Business Avenue BB2. All of the towers stand at a height of 180 meters (591 ft), have 45 floors each and has deployed EP&T Global’s EDGE Zeus technology to deliver operational energy efficiency savings. The system combines big data analytics, machine learning and AI to achieve cost reductions and improved comfort conditions. ​

EP&T’s EDGE platform provides continuous monitoring of Mazaya Business Avenue assets, enabling pattern recognition algorithms in EP&T’s AI powered software to swiftly identify energy wastage. EP&T Engineers work in partnership with the site team to resolve areas of wastage and optimise building operation, while building managers can track the ongoing performance of their asset.​
